IT Administrator (part time)

Introduction to the role

We are seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive IT Administrator to support our team on a part-time basis. 

This is an in-office role, working from our beautiful building in Liverpool Street. 

Salary and working hours: Part-time 2 days per week,  £30,000 pro rata.

Location: On site, St Ethelburga's Centre, City of London.

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot sponsor visas for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Administration of Software:

  • Managing access to software
  • Managing billing for software
  • Managing who has access to each piece of software

2. Troubleshooting issues with Account Settings and Configurations:

  • Helping staff solve any issues they may encounter with day-to-day use of software platforms

3. Promoting adherence to in-house cyber-security policy

  • Managing password generating software

4. Ensuring all software remains up to date

  • Keeping up to date with software updates and running them as and when required

5. Updating IT policies & procedures

  • Creating and promoting the use of documentation for IT procedures

  • Great with IT systems
  • Excellent at problem solving
  • Service-oriented, cheerful and optimistic, with a positive attitude and problem solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Interest in the mission of St Ethelburga's Centre.
