The Centre provides an atmospheric and comfortable venue for private meetings, small conferences (up to 40 people), lectures (up to 75), receptions (up to 100) and cultural events. Audio-visual facilities are available.

We provide self-catering facilities for you to make tea and coffee and can arrange external catering if you require. We often invite Della Murad to cook mouth-watering Kurdish food for our events.

Please note: The Tent is not available for private hire.

Standing reception - maximum 120 people

Theatre style (chairs facing front altar) - maximum 75 people

Informal style facing presentation wall (chairs in semi-circular rows) - maximum 50 people

Cafe style - maximum 36 people

Board room style - maximum 20 people

U-shaped with tables - maximum 18 people

quiet SPACES

A quiet space can be arranged for prayer or meditation. Prayer mats and suitable places for ablution are available.

TECHNICAL FACILITIES

The venue is equipped with Wi-Fi, providing wireless, high-speed internet access. The main nave includes an integrated professional sound system, digital audio recording facilities, DVD and video players, a data projector, laptop and wireless mouse. Flipcharts and pens are available.

CATERING FACILTIES

A small self-catering kitchen is available, equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, commercial water heater, kettle, coffe-maker, sink and dishwasher. We provide the materials for you to make your own tea and coffee, as well as plates, cups, glasses etc as needed. We ask you to do your own washing up.

We can supply a simple sandwich lunch if necessary. We have an arrangement with a Middle Eastern caterer to provide more substantial food if you require it.

Alternatively you can make your own catering arrangements.
