Love Poems to God

Thursday 8 May~  7.00pm  

A special event to commemorate the liberation of the Terezin ghetto on 8 May 1945, and celebrate the work of Viktor Ullmann, the gifted composer who was interned in Terezin before being transported toAuschwitz.

Music includes works by Ullmann, Messiaen, Schubert and Part, with readings from Rilke, Eckhart, Celan and Ullmann.

Distinguished performers are: Jacqueline Cole (piano), Torsten Harder (cello), Jennifer Thorn (violin) and Raficq Abdulla (narrator).

In ascociation with the Viktor Ullmann Foundation

A limited number of tickets are avaialable at £21 which must be booked in advance
