The power of apology

What are the ingredients of an effective apology?  Are there cultural differences in how apologies are offered or received?  Under what circumstances are we quick to apologise and when do we resist or withhold apology?  This workshop explores the power of the words “I’m sorry” and looks at understandings of forgiveness in different faiths and cultures.  Includes role plays and practical exercises.  With Tony Whatling (UK College of Mediators) & Rukhsana Abdulla (family mediator).
