one earth
The One Earth series of discussions invites people of different faiths and none to explore and reflect on issues of global concern together. One Earth offers an opportunity to encounter and engage with people from a diversity of backgrounds, beliefs and knowledge bases bringing different faith perspectives to bear on current issues and exploring how people of faith can work together to face the challenges of a globalised society. This season we offer the opportunity to explore in more depth issues that have arisen during previous sessions. In particular, we will focus on solutions to climate change and whether and how they are affected by the mindset of economic growth. The Gaia Group will enable people to meet regularly to explore issues over time. |
