Meditation and shared silence are a central part of St Ethelburga’s life.  We believe they help us to experience inwardly the peace we hope to see in the world.

We have found that the business world is increasingly interested in meditation.  A growing body of scientific research that shows meditation has a significant positive effect on well-being, mental clarity and the ability to manage stress.  

We offer a range of options for individuals and organisations wanting to learn more.
